Syngas Analyzer
Our Syngas analyzer imported gas sensor measurement using electrochemical sensor of O2, H2 measurement using TCD thermal conductivity sensor, methane and carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, measured using non dispersive infrared gas sensor NDIR principle (selected according to user needs). This instrument cross interference correction based on each component of single measurement, which has high accuracy, short response time, low drift and characteristics simple operation.
Applications :
The Syngas analyzer is able to monitor heat treat furnace atmospheres, blast furnace top gas, and some process gasses. They are right for coke ovens, steel manufacturing facilities, synthetic gas production, incinerators and coal plants, coal plants, gasification, and much more.
